The Ministry Development School is a two-year staff internship that trains you in practical life and vocational skills as well as the core aspects of being in full-time missions. You will learn skills and knowledge that can be applied to your future vocation, YWAM ministry opportunities, or further academic studies.
During the course you will work as a full-time volunteer staff member with us. While you may spend a portion of your two years in Australia, your home base will be in Vanuatu.
This school gives you the opportunity to gain ministry skills and experience all while empowering you to help build healthy lives, communities, and nations in a variety of expressions.
The prerequisite for this course is a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS).

INCLUDES
- 2 weeks class orientation and introduction into the ministry
- Ongoing weekly input
- Personal fundraising and support-raising development
- Participate in all areas of ministry as a full-time YWAM staff
